These supporting suppliers are used when you need to build or customize a European itinerary beyond what is available through our primary suppliers. They can be used to add individual components—such as rail travel, hotels or rental cars—or to accommodate a specific client request or property that may not be available through Europe Express or Goway.

Europe Express and Goway should be your first choice for complete European packages, while these resources give you additional flexibility when you need to piece together part of an itinerary independently.

European Rail Travel

Use Rail Europe for European train tickets, rail passes and point-to-point rail travel when a specific rail option isn’t available through your primary supplier or you’re building part of the itinerary independently.

Agent Tip:

Rail Europe is especially useful when a client has a specific train route, rail pass or departure time in mind. Check the rail schedule and routing carefully to make sure the selected train fits the client’s overall itinerary and connection times.

Project Expedition offers a wide range of excursions and services that can be added to customized itineraries.

Use Viator for tours, activities, shore excursions and transfers when you’re building or customizing an itinerary. Viator offers a broad selection of experiences in destinations around the world and is a useful resource when a specific tour or transfer isn’t available through your primary supplier.

Viator can be especially helpful for finding a wide variety of local tours, activities and transfers. Compare options with Project Expedition to find the best fit for the client’s itinerary.

Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Transfers

Description:

Use Expedia TAAP for individual hotels, vacation rentals and transfers when you’re building or customizing an itinerary. It’s a useful option when a specific property or transfer isn’t available through your primary supplier or when you’re adding an individual component to an itinerary.

Agent Tip:

When booking vacation rentals, keep in mind that deposit amounts, cancellation schedules and penalties vary from property to property. Be sure to review the property’s terms and conditions carefully before booking.
