Sharon has also participated in an MSC ship inspection, allowing her to examine the ship and its features from a travel advisor’s perspective. These experiences help her explain cruise and destination details that clients may not know to ask about.

Sharon has completed professional training and certification programs with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Hotel Excellence, and CLIA. This education supports her ability to explain cruise, resort, and travel options clearly.
